Art Shell worked with Cardiff Council to support a public art project in Grangetown as part of the regeneration scheme on the Clare Road/Penarth Road junction.  We commissioned two local artists Lowri Davis and John Abell to develop new artworks for Grangetown’s central junction, focusing on the people, buildings, history and heritage of Grangetown.
