In October 2015 Art Shell supported Cardiff University School of Architecture students to work with local people in Grangetown.  Art Shell worked with three musicians and ran a workshop around ‘imagined structures’ to support the collection of local stories about the Pavilion and Grange Gardens and narrate the ambitions for the vacant space.
